I'm pretty sure the the teleport skill works were basically you place a targeter to a spot, and then click to 'port there.

We're speaking in terms of "how does the game view your teleport", as opposed to "how do you execute the teleport."

I was talking about the "one quick button press" part. As in I don't believe it will be quite so streamlined.

I wonder if that skill counts as movement or teleportation. For example, Dragoons when they jump, they are technically just walking very fast to their target, so it is registered as movement. I.e Dragoons cannot jump over twisters, they will still explode.
