Oh. Jakz was talking about his aetherial manipulation macro. Shikuji is definitely a 2-step, ground targeting move.

I wonder if that skill counts as movement or teleportation. For example, Dragoons when they jump, they are technically just walking very fast to their target, so it is registered as movement. I.e Dragoons cannot jump over twisters, they will still explode.
