Keep past content out of Cash Shop

We are not talking about the Calamity Salvager.... for the 1000th time.

Why do people keep saying that there has been no event seller selling old gear this year????? This is the VERY FIRST event to not have that. Our summer event just a few short months ago had an NPC that sold the old gear from the last events.

Also the Calamity Savager IS NOT the same as an event gear seller.

This is also the very first event where the previous events already sold all event gears fom 1.x, gave players who never played 1.x the chance to get them. Now they change it how it was during 1.x again(where you only got the actual new event gear and not the old).

Maybe it would have be better to wait wih the cash shop until next year, to give players time to get used to it that no old event gears get sold ingame.

Moonfaire 2014 did have the items from 2013. They did mention all this inclusion of past items was so players who didn't play 1.0 had a chance at obtaining them and a lot of people liked that, though they also didn't mention they would outright stop doing that a year later for other events and then move everything to the cash shop, perhaps they should have mentioned that at launch or before that.

Then there's also the big elephant in the room which are the PS4 players. The PS4 version didn't launch until April 14, 2014, so brand new PS4 players without previous PC and PS3 accounts missed the Halloween event, the Xmas event, New Year's event with the horsemasks and Valentiones, IIRC they might have also missed Little Ladies day or some other in between event I'm forgetting. Why shouldn't they be allowed to at least get the pumpkin heads, the ghost costumes, the Xmas suits, and all those other rewards in game? Instead they're getting punished and being nickel and dimed because they were waiting for the game's version on the platform that was more convenient for them.

There weren't any Yukatas at all last year. There weren't any swimsuits rewarded by quests this year either but they still brought all of them back.

Yes, people obviously disagree with me especially when I say they could save some extra cash if they voice it, but nope go ahead and let go of your dollars. It is your money. Not mine. Let's see how far they can push it.

Except if they plan on buying it, THAT'S THEIR CHOICE, NOT YOURS. Stop believing you are doing others a service by literally acting like they will spend the moon only because that a cash shop is opening up. Especially a Vanity only Cash Shop which hurts absolutely no one past collector's(which won't even be that bad if Squenix doesn't have the minions be locked when you buy them, meaning people can buy them off others with Gil).
All you are doing is just being an ass, let them do what they do and you what you do.

Personally, I don't like the idea of having a cash shop when I already pay subscription at all. And I pay my subscription happily, even being ripped off by the money exchange service. (I'm brazilian, so 1 dollar = 2.4(ish) reais...) Seems to me that it would be more fair and even worth it if we could do quests to get some of the items or even buy them back in game, with gil. (and I'm including Fantasia on this comment, since we get it as a REWARD and now SE is making us PAY for it instead of putting a fun and interesting quest for us to do)

So why keep the swimsuits too then? The vendor NPC also wasn't really the same one from 2013 because the new one also sold housing items when they didn't sell those last year, and changing an NPC's inventory can't be that hard. To clarify the Yukatas this year were quest rewards given by the quest NPC, the other items were sold by a vendor NPC, so they're also two different NPCs.
