


It was already explicitly stated that you need to be level 10 in a combat class to unlock the ability to become a Rogue.You guys are failing to take into consideration, that those who "create" as a class don't have to do the get the first weathered weapon quest. So, all classes have 3 level 1 quests. It flows like this: You have just created as a Rogue: My First Daggers, then Stabbers in Yer Fambles and so on. If you are an established character then it's: So you want to be a Rogue, then Stabbers in Yer Fambles. My first daggers and So you want to be a rogue are the same quest, just depending on when you became a rogue. So really, this only reinforces the fact that one should be able to start as a rogue at 2.4 or sometime after.
