For a non-Pb opener, I'm assuming we still use ToD as an opener or wait till gl3???

And for a non-pb opener, should I use howling fist and steel peak as soon as I can or wait for some gl stacks? Thanks again guys. I used to wait for stacks, but not sure if that is also a dps loss by waiting to use those cooldowns.

lastly, should i wait to use my buffs (Ir and bfb) only when im in gl3..or it doesnt matter

For the use of CD (including Howling Fist) : it is a matter of personnal preference. The optimal way to use them depends on the duration of the fight which of course you don't know at the beginning. If using them soon allows you to use them once more (compared to using them only after GL3), it is then better ; otherwise it is the other way around. So... Do as you like, are used to...
