I know this is probably a random question or there might be no reason behind it, but is there a reason why you do howling fist before ToD instead of the other way around? Thanks for the help. Here's what I do:
Shoulder Tackle > PB > Demolish> B4B > Snap > IR > Snap > (STR-Pot if I'm going to pot) > Twin Snakes > DK > Howling > ToD> Steel > Bootshine > True > Demolish
Pretty solid opener. ToD and your second Demolish get fully buffed by all CDs, and IMO the CDs naturally come back at a good timing to use on cooldown with this rotation. The only one you have to be wary of (and should be wary of in general) is IR will come back right before Bootshine by default, in which case you throttle it. With enough SS (mainly from HA pants and weapon), you will get it back after Bootshine which is makes it simpler.
