    The "clear condition" isn't going to give you the miracle you want either. The same people will have bought the clears and wipe your party either way. They want those pony/mounts, mirrors, minions, etc. And the collateral damage will be dividing up the player base, promotion of clear sellers, and RMT in turn, as well as sending a message loud and clear to the all new players to stay away, which is clearly something SE does NOT want to do.

    Your obsession with RMT and clear seller is astounding! If you got a clear and you are bad, I will remove you from the party anyway!
