Quick clear parties ....

Quick clear parties should be statics only who have recruited, practiced it over and over, and know each other well, and they might even have substitutes ready to go. The system does NOT owe anyone using the PF to get quick clears. And it certainly does NOT need to allow people to abuse the PF to exclude other people. If you are on the PF, you are begging for help, and beggars can not be choosers. You do NOT have the right to take everyone else for granted. Those ugly PF with multiple clear requirements deserve to the be stuck on the PF forever, if not for the fact they are such good bait for the exact people they didn't want. The "clear condition" will get them the same unskilled people, only now they would have paid some RMT somewhere and bought the clears, in addition to dividing up the player base.

... Hell what is the point of the Duty Finder ....

The DF is the easy button for match making for a instance without any expectations, other than people are not there to be trolls. And people will need to communicate and negotiate what they can do together to make it work. Additionally, as it stands in this time frame, you can NOT DF any of the SCOB. The DF can be used to learn, but it is not the only place to do it. I would advise people to not join farm parties on principle alone, not to mention those usually disasters waiting to happen because of people with too much ego and entitlement mentality that have the gall to put crap like that on the PF, and I especially tell new people to stay away from there, because they don't need the abuse from those same rude and inconsiderate people.
