While you maybe correct, the fact that XIV is continuing to bleed subscriptions should speak louder and it should tell the dev's they NEED to change directions. I am not saying make everything casual nor am I saying make everything hardcore, but the theme park route definitly dose need to change, along with making old gear irrelevant so fast.
