I mentioned multiple reasons why housing, as currently implemented, was unreasonable.
I did not use extremes, I merely applied the current housing availability situation to other game features as a comparison to highlight its unreasonableness.
Housing should at least be available to everyone, like everything else in this game.
I didn't say people against it aren't interested. I said that it appears that your only reasoning for why housing, as currently implemented is reasonable, is because you're not interested in it.

You've not given a single reason why it's reasonable to release a feature in a way that it will always be of severely limited availability.
