    dont think ppl care if you tank on 30 str and str jewel. WAR deal more dmg on Defiance so with 30 str and str jewel = better aggro & more dmg = profit

    @OP: I wouldnt say the pt have no dps, WAR with 30 str and str jewel on ilvl 110 (assume the war use the ilvl 110 wep) , they have around 210 to 230 dps
