Please add clearance condition to Group Finder

I get what you mean but I would like to have a choice to search for players who are in the same or similiar boat I am. I also do not know what it has to do with prejudice when I ask for clearance for something I have on Farm status and can't be bothered to train anymore - unless sby asks me for help and I agree. I am not a dick and nowhere near a Hardcore player. I have Patience and also give people a chance and do not leave after 2 wipes like some do. But I am also no student anymore so my time is limited and I need several hours for a fight that takes five minutes and this doesn't feel right, especially because it is all of the time because of the same reason. People not meeting your search conditions and joining nevertheless.

There is a difference between training, getting your first win and having something on Farm mode. When I am new to a fight and need a group, I search for a training party, speficially mentioning the phase I need training. When I am close to kill a new fight, I start a group search "aim for the win" so everybody knows that this is for people who are close to the win already. When I have defeated a boss 1st time, I do not claim to have the fight on Farm mode, this is the follow up, after having defeated a content a few times. It is about honesty, sadly something you can't put your bet on all players. I would never ever join a farm group hoping they carry me through it. Or a kill party where previous kills are mandatory per group search description but I haven't downed it once.

I suppose the word prejudice is a word loaded with negative connotation. I don't mean to say you are a dick :P. I mean to say that making the action easier will make it more popular than it already is and I don't think the gain is worth the consequence and mentality it will bring and allow to the community as a whole, something that it already has seeds for. Don't grow the plant, that's what I'm saying.

So it's ok for these people to be messing with people like this?

Being a liar, no that isn't cool - but again I'd rather not see the mentality grow. How easy it will be just to have that check box on, just leave it on.. Lets not deal with the newbs.. damn scrubs.. ect ect.

That is why I said perhaps if the reward for bringing new people was extremely bountiful... it may out weigh the new mindset that a simple check box can foster. As now it is stressful to keep out new people, it takes work- in the new system not at all.. super easy. If you add a counter balance it will bring back the decision "do I really want to?". In fact a bonus might be more effective than the stress lol.
