I suppose if there was even greater encouragement to bring fresh players through then allowing helped segregation would be "alright". Something serious like 200+ allied seals or depending on the content an extra chest.
The thing is that the prejudice as you call it, already exists. Except now, those people who have not cleared and are not good enough can join anyways and waste people's time.
