The thing is that the prejudice as you call it, already exists. Except now, those people who have not cleared and are not good enough can join anyways and waste people's time.

In what you quoted you can see that I know it already exists. So.. Yeah..? Second sentence in particular addresses this. "I know people do it, I like that it causes the person having prejudice stress, that means they are serious to be as such".
