Let me also make it clear that I am not implying anything is "right" or "wrong" I am simply stating what is. By using the party finder or even the many forms of chat to advertise a service (even if it only exists inside the game) you are opening yourself up to trolls with knowledge of the ToS.
This trolling would in-fact fall under ToS:
3.9 Non-Commercial Spamming/Spimming. You may not use (or abuse) the in-game chat and message services to harass other players.

I mean if you're going to bring up the ToS, remember that the entire thing applies at all times, not just the bits you want
