When you click the report button it files a report to be reviewed and acted upon by a moderator. And yes.. I did report the posts I found to be harassing and rude. Not only do you not understand the ToS; but you also fail to know how reporting on the forums works.

Also you are falsly using the ToS as a "scare" tactic to stop people from using things in game. That is Harrasment at it's finest.

When did I say or imply I was against people advertising their crafting using the party finder? Point it out to me. I think it's a very cleaver way to advertise. I used to do it myself until I read the ToS. But the ToS doesn't care what I think or what you think. It is what it is. Also, your self-victimizing isn't helping me take you seriously.

So specifically the section of the ToS you quoted do not apply if the medium isn't real world money. "exchange in the form of coins and banknotes; coins and banknotes collectively."

Now that is a valid counter-argument. You have pointed out that while the ToS does indeed say that using the party finder for advertising crafting services is illegal, it also at the same time says it is.

I think we can both agree that the ToS needs to have specifics added to them so that single sub-sections are not so misleading. Broad terms and legal documents don't mix.

I can't believe people who just ask for tips get shafted... Last time I needed a meld for my relic, guy just said tips what you want, so I tipped him 2.5k per meld. Sure it didn't cost him anything, but it cost time.

Huh lol? He made a a great counter-point and I complemented him on it. What is wrong with that? Also, I have no control over what other people post or feel. The "cause" you are referring to is actually people who don't know the difference between a debate and a flame war. Negative minded people tend to assume the latter. It's been a crap-shoot for me. I kinda do the whole "empty guitar case on the sidewalk" thing and let people tip whatever they think i'm worth. Sometimes I get tipped nothing. It happens but i don't get irked by it. The biggest record tip I have ever received is 75k. Just goes to show it can go both ways.
