220 potency ability that costs 40TP and does not interrupt your RoH combo. How is that bad? Sure, it doesn't have an enmity modifier, but if you already have a huge lead, that isn't a problem. It's a good DPS tool.

Not to mention it helps you slow down TP starvation. That long argument about how it slows down you getting to Rage of Halone becomes pointless when you don't have the TP to use Halone, but you do have enough for Swipe.
