    Pacification is too situational. It doesn't interrupt anything that is being cast and doesn't last very long.

    My solution to making Shield Swipe worthwhile is to make it so that it bonuses Rage of Halone.

    Yeah it will. If the debuff applies before the ability finishes, the ability just never happens. Done it plenty of times.
