Want to make my way to Wine Red.

I've found that Dalamud Red + Pear = Blood Red and Dalamud Red + Apple = Blood Red. I'm trying to do one fruit at a time so I'm just going to keep playing around with it, one pear from blood red gave me the new feather message earlier this morning.

Yeah, that's been on my spreadsheet for a while. O'Ghomorro Berry is not the way to Wine Red after the red shades from the Apple colour tree. My guess it's also not from the Mamook Pears because I've gotten a response that someone went Blood Red -> Mamook Pear -> Qiqirn Brown. Only one response like that so I'm curious to see what your result is.
Would you please share your information on my spreadsheet?

That's strange considering I went nothing-but-apples from Desert Yellow, hit Blood Red, fed 40 more apples and didn't hit anything. Anyway, I'm in the process of getting to Blood Red again to retry that with 70+ apples.

This is consistent with the information I've received and found. Blood Red seems to be the end of the line of the Apples.

Little Update on what I'm doing. Last night, I fed a lemon and started back up the apple route. I successfully skipped to Sunset Orange overnight. Now I just got the new feather message to land on Blood Red. Total 34 Apples to Blood Red this time, which is only 1 shy of last time.

After Blood Red in 6hrs, I plan to fed 70+ apples (maybe more depending on AH price) in an attempt to hit a rumored high lvl red color w/e it may be. If that does not work, I will looking into a route to Wine Red same as Zomb. Which will probably involve Valfruit from a Red color I haven't decided on yet.. either Blood, Dalamud, or Rolanberry.

So apparently Dalamud Red + Pear = Blood Red AND Blood Red + Pear = Dalamud Red. This is a weird system.

Not seeing how you got Blood Red out of Dalamud Red + Apple. If anything it's the other way around. You shouldn't be getting a lighter red shade from feeding an apple. You should try feeding more than one apple. Try giving it 3 x apples
