20 times per day means 280 runs max in 2 weeks. Don't think we can cap out on gear in 280 runs? lol you tote that its good that yoshida make the game more casual friendly yet you don't think the drop rates will be casual friendly?
If a person runs a dungeon 20 times a day for two weeks straight, they have problems that a time limit will not solve.
And what do they have to show for it? How many people are playing it? Oh, that's right. Nobody's playing it because it hasn't even gone into the alpha stage yet.
You're precious.
because alpha/beta stages determine what the overall game concept and execution is? GW2 has been in demo mode at every relevant gaming/tech convention for the last 2 years. They know what the community wants and they've shown how they are doing it. I honestly have no wish to debate other amazing games in XIV's forums though. That seems to get threads locked mighty fast with the dev team.
and I am precious I know.
Did it takes you 1-2 weeks to cap out item for all members from world NMs?
also why do you keep saying 20runs per day for every single day? it is a very unlikely scenario, so you are gonna take some time to cap out items for the more casual players in your LS, unless everyone in your LS plays that much as well.
unlikely = not impossible. Our LS ended with over 100 kills of EACH of the December NMs before the year was over. We all pride ourselves on the amount of time we enjoy playing with each other why is that any of your concern?Did it takes you 1-2 weeks to cap out item for all members from world NMs?

Never said it was any of my concern, nice LS you have there. Too bad majority doesnt roll that way, the only one that will be done before next patch will be only minority.
again: All MMOs need to be designed around everyone. Not casuals alone. Not hardcores alone. A mix for everyone.
i have to disagree there, ffxi shinned becouse they aimed for hardcore PVE (on its peak, not now that all playing are fans ).
Wow Shined becouse they aimed for casuals.
Aion Shined (compared to many others it was succesfull) becouse it focused on PVP.
Just a few examples that comes to my mind .
Im gonna have to disagree, try to cater to to many , and you will cater to none at all.,If GW can do it or not , is yet to be seen .
