
For a business, the "logical" fix is to affect as few customers with an outage as possible...Obviously its not a minimal disruption. I'm sure we are just the most vocal of the night crew, but whenever they do maintenance, no matter the type, its now. You can say "oh its affecting the least amount of people" rant til you guys are blue in the face, doesn't change the fact that there is still a goodly majority getting screwed over. Rotating these "emergencies" is a logical fix for this.
