I think you missed the part where someone who had a few spare hours to grind out running around with friends could make far, far more than the mere pittance of 4 to 10 marks on something locked behind a daily restriction wall.

Yes, now to even come close to before you have to play every single day. Before you could spread out your hunting OR do it for hours on one day, depending on your schedule and availability. This is less casual than it was before the nerf. (which I point out to those saying this somehow helps casuals, which is baffling)
