I love how people are complaining that they can't get 5 seals for killing a B anymore. Did you miss the part where the daily marks are now worth either 4 or 10 a pop? Dailies are now worth about the same or twice as much as B's were before.

I think you missed the part where someone who had a few spare hours to grind out running around with friends could make far, far more than the mere pittance of 4 to 10 marks on something locked behind a daily restriction wall.
