There are details missing here, but as a layman I would say ethically your friend is entitled to ownership of the account to use and subscribe with, as it was bought for them, but they are not entitled to your continued subscription payment.

I assume you mean 'terminate the account' as in 'cancel the subscription' here, and not 'get my friend banned' or something equally extreme.

Actually i do own the account hold all keys and password to it. my information is in said accounts not friends name and ect
