Noone is crying except the people that are doing their relic..
Everyone else is pretty happy by getting the best weapons in the game, without having to mindlessly grind for days

Also i'm pretty sure in some live letter yoshi said the best weapons will always come from endgame raids (cant find source atm, looking later <.<)

Well that's what I was getting at. Just do it without complaining cuz it'll pay off in the long run. I think you're right cuz I remember hearing that they said endgame raids will always be the strongest. However if you know SE, you know they bend the truth oftenly and even change their mind. Like I mentioned before, their intention isn't for everyone to posses the fully upgraded relic. They did the same thing in FFXI.
