Who is gonna raid now with the iLvl 110 gear handed to people??

To be honest i think the hunts were a awesome idea. When you raid in a static, for instance, Let's say you're a healer. Based on how most statics operate, you won't get a sands of time until all the dps has their weapons. I'm a scholar so almost all my BiS on my left side, needs sands. All this does is let me get mine done while other's get theirs. This is a great alternate, because based on the previous structure...i wouldn't have my BiS until 2.4. Also it was NEVER a lack of ilvl or gear that stopped pugs from beating turns. Having full ilvl 110 means absolutely NOTHING if you can't do the mechanics. This also has breathed much needed life into the ACTIVENESS of the community. I see people talking now. People are everywhere instead of just AFK in mor dhona or North shroud. These hunts, while poor in execution, was literally one of the best ideas SE came up with to keep the game interesting. No more standing around while waiting for dungeon queue...go hunt!!

people can be decked out in i110 all they want... if the player, and possibly the party, cant dodge twisters, landslides, fall off levis boat, etc.... then the 20-40% echo on top of being overgeared will do nothing for you. so let people have the gear.

on top of that, being a whm main in 2nd coil, i now have a way to get oils and sands for my gear as im lower on the priority list.

anyways, like some said, they still have to get soldery to get the items needed.

but i don't think this trivializes 2nd coil as bad as people think. people will still want the i115 weps. people will still want the i110 High Allagan that is BiS for them. Some want to beat t9 and some will want to do savage.
