I use 2 300 potency skills and circle of scorn (250) = 850 potency in 3 seconds

First off, you don't have two 300 potency skills in a row to use.

Second, circle of scorn is only 100 potency when used immediately. It takes 15 seconds for it to reach 250 potency. It's garbage for taking or maintaining hate.

You want the math?

Fast blade + Savage Blade + Rage of Halone = 150 + 600 + 1300 = 2050 potency in 5 seconds. 2350 if you use spirits within. Add circle of scorn in and let it tick twice, you have 2510. Whoop dee god damn doo, you almost added as much enmity as your autoattack.

CoS can be buffed by Fight or Flight, unlike Flash.

Or put another way, if your DPS had a completely free ability on their bar that did 250 potency, would you be OK with them not using it? .. I hope not.

Flash is affected by Fight or Flight. And I'm not saying "don't use it" i'm saying the devs should get rid of it entirely and replace it with something to make paladin less boring and terrible to play.
