You also seem to have a complete lack of understanding the importance of casting an ability in the off gcd window.

Example you use 2 300potency skills and no off gcd = 600 potency in 3 seconds

I use 2 300 potency skills and circle of scorn (250) = 850 potency in 3 seconds

just rounding for ease of explanation please don't be a jerk about the accuracy of those numbers.


Thats pretty huge, when your job is doing Threat and since Threat = Potency x multiplier Potency is pretty important.
