You don't seem to get what he's saying. In turn 2, people found a loophole and since everything in the fight was working as intended, they chose not to change it.

With the Ramuh fight, Titan taking far less damage than he normally would WAS an error and got patched. There was no battle mechanics issue it was just a pet issue. It would be the same as if Eos' Embrace healed for 9999 HP, they'd patch that up as well.
