You choose your BiS based on studies done with parser
You play with a friend with parser up and probably calling life % of boss and mabe even incoming attaks

Sorry but seriusly, what attention wore are you? Blabbling about how great you are since you don't use parser when you use it like everybody else. Parser are primarly tools for optimizing rotation (you studied work done by others with parser) and gear (same)
