With my rotation / current 367 SSpd (2.47 GCD), when my PS and LS are all up B4B is still on cd for +/- an full TT>VT>FT rotation (Which is like, 7.5 seconds). So with an "always use LS / PS with B4B up" mindset I always wait until B4B is up. But I guess some advice from more experienced DRGs can help me clarify this. Thanks!
It's just something to keep in mind, it's really just about getting familiar with each fight and adjusting the rotation accordingly. Little things like in T5 conflag phase, you can hit HT when she turns on someone for fireball, then IDC-Pleb Twin, Impulse Twin/Dis Conflag. It's not the "proper rotation", it's adjusting the rotation to fit the mechanics. I don't think Skill Speed is your problem, I can get up to 490 sksp and it doesn't affect the rotation that much. You definitely don't want to be standing there, doing nothing, while you wait for buffs. If you find an off-GCD like within a few seconds of being able to be used, see if there is a Phleb or IDC chain that needs to be refreshed, or if you can fill with a TTT then do so.

Side note: Woot 300 stronk!
