"sou sonna" Combination of "I see/understand" and "This." It could be a preposition and fluff as I've translated it, or it could be an expression of understanding in response to a comment that we didn't get to hear."you ni natta" .
I am guessing it is a reference to something we didn't get to hear.
If he was talking about 人/people in the sentences before what we hear, this expression makes sense.

The very different lines in all the different languages make my head hurt. It could be that we are just hearing slightly different parts of the conversation, but if all of these are supposed to be the same moment I am very very confused.
