Multiplier game? I guess it makes sense since we use %'s so much, so yea I can multiply by like, 1.3 to figure out expected potencies on some things but what does that have to do with anything? When making a suggestion for this multiplier game (or any other multiplier game,) make sure you realize that other players are in this game to. In other words, just like in real life: It's NOT all about you! Don't "demand" something in the game just because YOU want it. Think of things that others would find fun to. After all, why else would someone play a video game if not to have fun?
OR WAIT. maybe he means multiple people, using a pair of pliers? Either way, what does this have to do with a Massively multiplayer online role-playing game?

Glad you could take it in good humor <3
The point I am making is that the OP obviously wants echo removed just because he wants it removed. OP isn't even considering the fact that there are others in this game who might want it to stay put nor does he even seem to care.
My personal opinion? I think because the game encourages you to try it in a fight once without it, I think it's ok just how it is.
It's an interesting way for SE to implement difficulty settings into an MMORPG like how many console games have "Easy, Normal, Hard" settings. After all, different players have more fun in different difficulty settings.
