It's in the Primal data center. After the login page of the launcher, there's a page with Start and Select Data Center and a couple other options. You can change your Data Center there, and then when you select Start to go to the page where you select (or create) your character, it will only show worlds from the data center you chose.

Odin is in the Chaos data center, which is designated as European, whereas the Primal data center (including Malboro) is designated as North American, although they're in fact both located in North America (somewhere in Canada - Montreal I think).
