Well he's a way from completion to know for sure, I have no reason to doubt him though. The crit cap on the scroll is 44 and det is 31 from the screen shots he sent.are you sure he isn't misreading it?
there's supposed to be a high and min secondary stat value. If you take det as high, which caps at like 31, then I dont think you can take 44 as that's the high cap for crit but rather the low cut for crit which I thinks also like 31. If you take high for crit of 44 then I think the low for det is 22.
Surely anyone with a GB Animus and the scroll can confirm it.
Hm if this is true then the optimum choice is always as much det as possible seeing as you're getting an extra like 40% stats over an equivalent i110 weapon. It wouldn't surprise me at all if se didn't care at all about their own stat distributions or didn't want to bother balancing it against equivalent weapons.
Well.. I understand the stat distribution and balancing.. Maybe this is being treated more like a crafted item, since materia is involved. If it were a crafted i110 weapon you could max the stats given enough materia slots (and higher grade materia, ofc).. There are 75 materia slots on the scroll, so... /shrugHm if this is true then the optimum choice is always as much det as possible seeing as you're getting an extra like 40% stats over an equivalent i110 weapon. The only way I can think of to disprove this would be to get at least +31 crit on the scroll and see if it starts affecting the max amount of Det. Like right now it says 0/31 Det, if you get to like +34 crit maybe it drops Det to 0/29 (or whatever)

actually, crafted doesn't work like that either.Well.. I understand the stat distribution and balancing.. Maybe this is being treated more like a crafted item, since materia is involved. For example, the i90 crafted helm has a crit cap of 21 and a det cap of 15.
But you can cap both that and other stats (with enough slots).. I have the wolfram boots with +21 crit +15 det and +21 skill speed.
Bah, that's not really the same. Anyways.. Feel free to explore on your own.. Just relaying what I've been told![]()

I am so tempted to do 33 det + 42 crit, but i think is a bit stupid make the relic so similar to the high allagan spear that have 32 crit + 32 det.
Looking at the future i think that maintain accuracy is the best idea thanks to the new future accuracy cap of the new contents like third coil ecc.
So i think that make 42 acc + 33 det is the best idea because:
42 acc + 33 det = 10,725 weight
44 crit + 31 acc = 8,976 weight
What do you think about maintain the accuracy thinking about the future contents?

Just recently I hit Lvl 50 with my Dragoon, and I'm looking for some help or pointers for setting up a hotbar using the ps4 controller. Mostly all I see are PC hotbars, and I'm still new to this game and MMOs in general so any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
i am not a controller user myself but i tend to see ppl assigning high frequency skills to their go to buttons, especially the ones that wont conflict with left analog stick, plus its always good to add an additional hotbar just for monitoring all ur cooldowns
in the end i think it all amounts to how fast u r tapping and switching with ur controller,
hell, theres even a sch who managed to solo heal t9 with controller, and the way hes swtiching between skills and targets just looks insane
I think it depends on what your stats you are willing take away from, for me I am going Crit/Det. Mainly because my accuracy is 526 and my determination is 245, so I have room to get rid of some accuracy and make way for determination and critical hit rate. I want to hit harder lol.
