While that is a very realistic argument, the way i look at it is at that point (2.3x) they could update it to ilvl115. Yes that would be on par with coil 2 weapons, but at that point those weapons are nearly 6 months old and about to be replaced anyways.

I think they will stop at 110 until Coil 3 (so probably 2.4 as you mentioned), I think Yoshi said that relic should not be better than current allagan weapon.

Can anyone confirm why my parry is red on this?

Because it's not going to go higher than 13 parry. I'm more confused as to why it's only giving you 1 accuracy.

I think that's because he's only melded 1 ACC. He hasn't fully melded the scroll.

Not all sub stats are capped.

Not likely, as an offhand the stats on it are minimal as is.

"The Scroll has not been fully infused with materia" is written in big yellow letters on top of the box.

And the 110 ACC cap is atleast 13 since the Noct Hoplon has 13 ACC.
