Well imagine in Party Finder people would advertised, if your DPS not equal this Amount, you will be replaced or kick. Same with Duty Finder, people will be ass and vote kick because one perform more poorly or not putting max dps. Some people just want to enjoy playing the game without the harassment and discrimination, I agree with the answer putting such tools will lead to this and a bad community, take wow for example. There is a reason parsed is not allow.

That would be a good point, if it was a problem...

1) You can't kick people for being bad in Duty Finder... its not a valid reason. (unless they are obviously trolling) .... if you do, they can report you for harrasment.

2) Party finder? just don't join that group then? they know what they want, and they should be entitled to want good players... why shouldn't they?

Well of course not. It's not a valid reason but lo and behold people still abuse the living hell out the kick system now do they?
See CS threads for example. We can report them and all, but people don't care also the innocence who get kicked
still have to wait for so long to do another run because their dps is low? This game needs much less people
to find a reason to bully others.
