I wonder can't people just PF for it like they do in JP server? If anybody play in JP server here, then you would see that majority are not in static. They simply finding the PF that match them. They split PF into "first try" "beginner practice", "phase 2 practice", "phase 3 practice" ...", last phase practice", "try to win", "only people that win before".

As you can see there, everybody go join the PT that match the same progress as what he/she is. Thus, they don't even need static. Whenever they wanna do coil, they wait until peak time, check out PT that match their progress or make own PF for it. If you already win it once, you don't need to repeat training again by making PT requirement as "only people that win before", you will gather only people who already won it before. (they will check achievement), and usually it is win win.

Surely that static may make it little easier. But for those who care freedom, PF is generally much better choice for them. This is why majority are PF rather than static. Can't NA servers side does the same? A lot of people here PF and already win T9, depend on how often he/she PF, training, and step up the requirement. Code of honor play big role here, because community kidda be strict and JP has their blacklist to those who cheat or lie. If you do not have clear achievement before, joining win party only will make you whole server bad name.
