In any case, RMT or not, it defies story if ATMAs and books are tradable.

ATMA are supposed to be obtained by using your job relic weapon which is unique to yourself to drop. It's something that drop that shows you slayed some monsters, and your relic absorbs them to become atma form. Along the lines of how some weapons absorbed the souls and powers of their slain enemies to become stronger. It doesn't make sense if someone slay the monsters for you and pass you the atma and your weapon absorbs them as if it was slain by it. Just... wrong.

Then the NPC tells you it can be stronger if the weapon absorbs more soul, like how the ancient zodiac braves did. The tales were so old that no one really knows, probably the NPC and Rowena that's why he told you to approach her, which fortunately she had a copy. If the books were sell-able, this means people can keep farming myths and buy as much copies as possible to sell. 100 copies? 1000 copies? Ridiculous for such an ancient lost tale right?
