Selling primal, selling coil, selling books...
so all you need to the game is to pay other people to do it?
great that RMT exist so you can buy gil, right?

First off, I didn't suggest the selling of prima and coil runs. Don't put words in my mouth just so you can be condescending. Second, I have never bought gil, nor will I ever. But by all means keep making assumptions about me if it'll make you feel better.
I said, you don't HAVE to buy the atmas. You would still have the option of farming them yourself. The main point here is options. And you talk about disadvantages, but how is it fair that you get rewarded because you have more time to waste than other players. Plus, this is a game. You shouldn't have to "work hard" at it.i have to say noway nohow rmt would have a blast and players would mark it up so high others would be at a disadvantage who other wize cant afford 23 million and forces some to utilize rmt to get gill to get relic upgrade and to trade atma no thank you i love to work hard to get it when i get mine its like dang about time
How much "skill" is in making money is definitely subjective. What isn't subject and practically a fact is that making money takes MORE skill than fate or myth farming. You have to put more thought into crafting than you do a fate, and you have to know what stuff to sell. And what is wrong with this community. You guys are so vile to think that everyone cheats.I guess making money in this game could be considered a skill.
Dunno about buying gil though. Maybe being able to decipher the gillseller advertisement and buying without getting his account hacked a few day later could be considered a skill too.
After the introduction I was expecting some extreme change suggestions like having to defeat Titan Extreme in swimsuit while paralyzed, not this.
You say it's hands down a terrible idea, but you state absolutely no facts to support that. Your opinion is not an argument. Yeah content like primals shouldn't be sold. But why shouldn't stuff that comes from stupid grind.Hands down, this is one of the worst ideas I've heard in a long time. They finally created content that can't be sold (unless the buyer is a complete idiot) by players to other players to progress their characters, and you want the pieces to be trade-able? No. Go out and farm them and stop wishing that other people can do your work for you.
I'm not trying to be rude to you personally, but honestly this is a terrible idea and the thought of it makes me cringe in disgust.
It is NOT the same thing. Based on what I've seen, and based on my assumption of the cost of Atmas, I am pretty sure I could get my atmas faster buying them than grinding them. Second, its about having the option to choose between grinding fates or buying them. I would actually enjoy playing the market and making money. nobody enjoys mindless grind. What a terrible idea to progress in this game while doing something you enjoy.

Yeah, I don't require facts to state my opinion, which you clearly acknowledged it for what it was. There is no need for you to get butt hurt because plenty of people disagree with your point of view. I simply stated that I thought it was a terrible idea. I don't owe you any type of facts, or reconciliation for how I feel. It's my opinion, if you don't like it you don't have to respond to it. If you aren't ready to hear other's opinions on subjects, don't post threads in the forum!
What MMO have you ever played where you didn't need to grind? In your response to dragorian, you profess that "You shouldn't have to 'work hard' at it". What the hell is hard about spamming easy FATEs? Don't confuse 'spending time' with difficulty.
Oh, and just to refute one other thing you said, I enjoyed getting my atma's. It was nice being able to group with people in the open world again, and you know, have conversations and stuff. Just so you can't say NOBODY enjoyed it.

Dude chill out. You say im the one that's butt hurt, but you are the one that got defensive and insulting.
Telling someone that their idea is terrible without giving a reason, or without being ABLE to give a reason, means you are just purposely going against someone for no real reason other than trolling. Im not butt hurt that people disagree with me. I expected it. And im smart enough to know that the quantity of people that agree or disagree with an idea is NOT what determines the quality of an idea.
I am very chilled. And I don't feel the need to argue with you any longer. If you absolutely need a reason why I think it was a terrible idea, it's because of the countless mentions of how this could stimulate RMT, and what the player base who sells primal/coil runs would do to this 'trade'. Since there was 2 full pages about it, I didn't feel the need to reiterate what had been said that many times. Apparently I was wrong. Also, I guess having an opinion means I'm a troll. Ok.
You may be able to say I got defensive, but I never once insulted you. In fact, in my first post I went out of my way to tell you I wasn't trying to be rude to you personally. Saying you got "butt hurt" isn't an insult. You could have asked me why I thought it was a terrible idea, right? But no, you just pointed out (condescendingly) that my opinion isn't an argument because I stated no facts. Well, there aren't any facts to be stated sir, because your idea isn't in practice for facts to be gathered from. That. Is. Why. It's. An opinion......
I'm truly sorry you were offended by my original statement, it was not my intent to "troll" you. If singling me out makes you feel better, then by all means go ahead. I won't continue to post in this thread, though. I have said how I felt about this topic.
Have a great day!
