Atmas and myth books should be tradable

While we're at it, let's make everything tradable. Mythstones? Check. Soldiery? Check. In fact, once I'm done with my AF+1 I should be able to sell it to other players at an exorbant markup.

In fact, let's remove all the dungeons entirely. Eorzea should just be an economy simulator.

I already saw a guy in Group finder offering speed ATMA FATE farming runs saying he is in a group of 6 very well equipped players and they take 2 randoms with them for 300k an hour. Two hours later I still saw him in Group finder.

I'm against being able to sell them, but it would be nice if people could help farming Atmas, not just do the FATEs together.
What I mean is, people should be able to give/pass an Atma drop to someone else in a group if they don't need it.
Kinda like the current need/greed/pass for loot, but you should be able to decide who you pass the item to.

I'd like to help FC members get their Atmas, but the only thing I can do is do FATEs and probably get an Atma myself instead of the FC member I'm doing this for.

You'd be surprised. Someone paid 5mil for a piece of HQ i90 gear on day 1/day 2 on Tonberry.

EDIT: I see you're on Tonberry too, check the market board transactions on crafted and you'll know lol

I won't be surprised if RMTs farmed the books and sell them for millions and people would still buy (either with legit gil or purchased gil).

i have to say noway nohow rmt would have a blast and players would mark it up so high others would be at a disadvantage who other wize cant afford 23 million and forces some to utilize rmt to get gill to get relic upgrade and to trade atma no thank you i love to work hard to get it when i get mine its like dang about time

I am a firm believer that we should be rewarded for skill and not grinding. And because the quest to upgrade from zenith to animus requires absolutely no skill whatsoever, I don't see why these items can not be tradable.

I guess making money in this game could be considered a skill.
Dunno about buying gil though. Maybe being able to decipher the gillseller advertisement and buying without getting his account hacked a few day later could be considered a skill too.
After the introduction I was expecting some extreme change suggestions like having to defeat Titan Extreme in swimsuit while paralyzed, not this.

Just no, RMT would just modify their bots to spam FATEs, whilst legit players would still get bored of it, the bots wouldn't and you would see an atma market controled entirely by RMT (btw they would simply hack accounts to get the prerequasite zenith weapon).

Hands down, this is one of the worst ideas I've heard in a long time. They finally created content that can't be sold (unless the buyer is a complete idiot) by players to other players to progress their characters, and you want the pieces to be trade-able? No. Go out and farm them and stop wishing that other people can do your work for you.

I'm not trying to be rude to you personally, but honestly this is a terrible idea and the thought of it makes me cringe in disgust.

Then if you don't want to grind atma, you are going to grind money to buy atmas, what is the difference. Atma wouln't be cheap anyway so you are not solving the problem, you are changing a 1$ for 4 quarters
