And on the flip side, a good healer and DPS wouldn't be that high in the threat list so tank would be rewarded more
Not shooting down your idea, but as good as it sounds, the toxic part of the community would find a way around it fast sadly
I don't think he meant varying amounts of reward. He means if you participated at ALL you count as having credit for that particular boss. ie you could poke it with a stick and get credit. Which isn't perfect either, could introduce other issues while trying to fix this one.
