The problem I see with this whole AFK is how to say for sure the person was really AFK. One way would be to look at his chat (afk in dungeon and chating on FC? yeah right =P) but several times I had to go afk (real life stuff happens) and when I get back people usually kicked me for being AFK for too long... I usually say that I have to afk for a few and its ok to kick me if I take too long, but to some people that could be seen as a fake-AFK just to get kicked too.....

SE would just need to check how many times within a period of time you'd said you had to AFK long enough that a group decided to kick. If it happens several times at the same spot in an instance, it's not very likely you really had to AFK.

Sometimes I get family aggro and I afk in 2 dungeons... But if that happens i'll probably leave w/o caring bout the penalty and not joining one till im certain i can finish it... But I see your point, that could help checking who is AFK-farming on DF.

I'm a little confused over the whole "Party in PF was full so I myth farmed in DF instead". Are people that afraid of the PF that they can't just make a new listing? O.o

The only feature I wish the PF had was the option to pull from all servers in the data center, just like the DF does. It would allow for lots more people to be available.
