Plan to remove benefit for failing leves?

i can get 20,000sp for failing one leve, i wonder if these bonuses wil be able to compare with that.

Probably not. The only way the system can be fixed is to do away with the random nature of how leves become available. A 5k sp boost for completion alone won't do it. As long as there is a larger benefit for everyone in the party to have the same leve than to actually complete it, I will fail leves.
