Plenty, if you try to make good outfit combinations. I'm a vanity whore, I need all my alts to look pretty. And a lot of the armor in the game isn't pretty, so I'd rather like to replace them with things that ARE pretty. Like replacing my AF2 gear look on Dragoon with the original AF gear's look. I don't want to be a neon sign.
50s can make prisms (as long as they have the appropriate craft)
50s can send prisms like you can do with dyes
50s can't prism an item then send it to an alt (since it spiritbinds it)
lowbie alts can store the prisms in their bags I believe (like you can do with dyes)
lowbie alts won't be able to use said prisms until the quest is completed at 50
With those rules, lowbies cannot glamour in any way until they complete the quest. And this is where I continue to be sorely disappointed with this system.
It could've easily been made available to lower levels. I see very little reason to make it locked behind level 50 when it's something ALL level ranges would want.
both of those pieces are Lv 50Plenty, if you try to make good outfit combinations. I'm a vanity whore, I need all my alts to look pretty. It was an example.
I could also take the plundered set from the three early dungeons (Sastasha, TamTara, Copperbell) as a glamour set. In fact, I'd planned to for one of my characters. Don't get stuck up on the fact the EXAMPLE I mentioned involved two level 50 items. I've been planning to use my old AF set as vanity since I heard of the system, thus why I used it as an example.
The problem is that why SHOULD it be locked behind 50? Every level range would want to make use of this, there is literally no reason to lock it behind 50 when it's something like VANITY. Vanity systems in other games are available as soon as you get to the first major city. What SE's doing is ridiculous and makes no sense.
