Skill spam in city

So annoying = lively? Is that what MMOs devolved into this generation?

Some people like the fun of it, some don't. I spam heals once I get new gear to look at the increased healing rate. Or I just join fellow healers for the fun of it.
If you find other people having fun annoying, maybe a singleplayer is better suited.
