Does anyone care that R50's can kill the mid range NM's to get the gear for their other classes? Not at all. Maybe it was annoying for some in the first week when the NM's were camped, but after that it make no difference at all. It is no different with instances. Infact it matters even less as I don't expect they same conditions will apply with camping. The beauty of instances is that how other people complete an instance is of no relevance to anyone other than the people who complete the instance in that manner.
i think a lot of people already said that nobody will be excluded. Only the level of your entering job will be adjusted temporarily. So you can enjoy the content the way it was meant to be, perhaps hard, challenging but not as "one-shotting-god". Thats why a lot of people want the cap. Its for challenge, not to exclude anyone.

The NMs on the other hand are, well, i wouldnt even call them content, just mobs with more hp who drop useful stuff.
This content is something that can be added very fast. A dungeon or an instance takes a long time. Too long to be rushed through imo. And its not a smart move if you wanna make money anytime the future, if every subscription lasts 1 month only since its doesnt take longer then a few days to finish the new stuff added (which took 6 month or longer perhaps).

Content shoudl have a high replay value, no challenge and easy mode due to high level rushing through instead of getting level-synced to lvl 30 by entering the instance, doesnt help an mmo at all and things get old even faster.

We have one character for everything. Its not like we have 10 alts we have to rush through the content like in 90% of all other mmos.
