The difficulty should be in both areas. R30 is not inherently easier than R50. R50 is not inherently better than R30. You fail the task.

What the hell are you talking about? I'm talking about R50s complaining about the difficulty of something that wasn't made for their rank. They should go to the R50 dungeon if they want something challenging for their R50 character.

people who dont have 50s arent asking for a cap, its 50s asking for it to give themselves another piece of challenging content that wasnt meant to be challenging for 50s
