So If SE is going to follow this pattern with every other Patch 2.2, 2.4, 2.6, 2.8........ that lockouts will be removed and catching up won't take someone 2 years to get to T40. How far a new player will be behind depends on when they start. But with lockouts removed it will be really easy to catch up.
