If they released a tank class that did damage like a DPS class, but you know, survived getting beat on, a lot more people would probably be tanking.

Of course then comes the issue of responsibility and what not. But those are details I like to ignore.

Then the common party setup would be 2 healers and 6 tanks who do dps like all others dps classes. so lol.

an easy way to balance this is to make a class that actually has to stance dance to survive and do damage.

Make it so that in one stance they take little and do next to little damage. in this stance, their enmity dwindles quickly. They switch to attack stance where they get hit hard, and hit really hard, while enmity ticks higher...

Oh sure... Let's give that class healing abilities on par with healer classes too while we're at it.....
Or how about just give dps classes responsibilities on par with healer and tank classes... not mixing the roles, just give more responsibilities...
